i found the staff helpful with directions. the parking was easy. the hotel offered a shuttlebus that runs frequently to the airport.

i noticed the toilet cistern had a slight leak and made a noise when recharging. this happened regularly during the night.

Checking in was so smooth! the airport shuttle was super convenient. It made my early morning flight stress-free. i really liked that there were places to eat so close to the hotel, a big plus after a long day of travel.

the pillows felt a bit too firm for my liking, but it's a minor thing!

faulty lamp significant noise

The bed proved too firm for my preference. It lacked adequate support. a bedside lamp was also faulty, it did not function at all. noise was a significant issue. other guests created disturbances late into the night with slamming doors and loud conversations.

adequate stay near airport

airport shuttle square location helpful staff wrong room chaotic move missing cot

staff provided quick transport to the airport. the location near spitfire square is very convenient. many food options are only minutes away on foot. the staff were especially helpful THERE.

i was put in the wrong room unfortunately. this caused a chaotic move with small kids and all our bags. the room change was to include two beds as requested, but a cot was missing. it was very cold overnight and the heat pump was directly over the beds.

noisy children not soundproof doors

the location was conveniently near several places to eat.

the doors were not soundproof. noisy children in the corridor woke us up around midnight. a staff member talking to another patron disturbed us again around 1.00am. i needed good sleep before an early airport start.
